Has worked as an Investigator since 1995, and in Security Operations since 1990. Since this time, he has worked successfully on many cases regarding missing persons, insurance fraud, criminal and civil matters, background checks and internal theft, and various undercover operations. As well as heading numerous Security details, Mr. Villarreal has implemented various Security structured standards and procedures. He has supervised and trained numerous security personnel and investigators, while continuing to maintain an active clientele caseload with an emphasis on good customer relations and service.

Through his professional membership, he continues to attend and receive continuing education in several topics including the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Sexual Harassment, Work Violence, Substance Abuse, Internal Theft and other Employment-related Investigations.

He is both a professional Member of the California Association of Licensed Investigators (CALI) and the Professional Investigators of California (PICA) as well as other national organizations, including the American Bodyguard Association (ABA). He serves as a Court-approved Investigator within Santa Clara and Alameda Counties.

Since 1998, he has performed as an Investigator, specializing in Risk Management, including but not limited to internal theft issues as well as undercover operations. Mr. Villarreal is a Licensed and Insured Private Investigator, also, a Licensed and Insured Private Patrol Operator in the State of California, as well as an Experienced Process Server. 

Mr. Villarreal has conducted and continues to perform services for many industrial corporations, law firms, major insurance carriers, business owners and private individuals.
